Yogurt cake with plums and crumble

 

馃洅 Ingredients:

(250 ml cup, 32x22 cm baking sheet)

Cake:
3 cups of wheat flour
300 g natural yogurt
3/4 cup of oil
3/4 cup of sugar
3 eggs
2 full teaspoons of baking powder
450 g plums + 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar + cinnamon

Crumble:
100 g cake wheat flour
50 g cold butter
50 g sugar

馃敧 Preparation:

First, prepare the crumble. Put all the ingredients into a bowl: cold butter, sugar and flour. Rub everything together with your fingers until crumbles are formed. Then chill in the fridge.

All the ingredients for the cake should be at room temperature.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and beat for a few minutes until white and fluffy. Reduce the mixer speed to minimum and add the yogurt and oil. Then add the flour and baking powder in batches. Mix briefly.

Transfer the cake to a baking tray lined with baking paper (35x25 cm). Place pieces of plums mixed with sugar, vanilla and cinnamon on top. Finally, sprinkle with the crumble.

Place the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake until a toothpick comes out dry, about 30-40 minutes.

When ready, frost or sprinkle with icing. Enjoy!
