Baked tortillas with chicken and mushrooms

Mushrooms 400g
Chicken fillet 500g
Red bell pepper
Onion 2
Cheese 200g
Small can of corn
6 Tortilla wraps
Gyros seasoning or any seasoning for chicken
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt
Pepper


馃敧 Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, season with gyros seasoning and fry in a pan. Transfer to a bowl.

Fry the onion cut into cubes in oil in a pan, add the chopped pepper and sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry everything until the water evaporates.

Transfer the fried vegetables to the chicken, add the corn and 150g of cheese, season with salt and pepper and mix.

Put the prepared filling on each tortilla. Roll up starting from the sides, then roll from the bottom.

Place the tortillas in an ovenproof dish lightly greased with oil. Spread the top of the tortillas with ketchup mixed with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. When ready, you can sprinkle with chives or parsley. Enjoy!
