Herring fillets 500g me in oil
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Vinegar 3 tablespoons
Onion 2
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Bay leaf 3
Allspice 3
Frying oil

馃敧 Preparation:
Cut the onion into strips and fry in a small amount of oil. When it starts to brown, add the sugar and mix. Then add the vinegar, herb leaf and concentrate. Cook everything on low heat for about 2 minutes.
Cut the herring into smaller pieces. If you are not using ready-made herring in oil, soak it first. Rinse in cold water. Set aside for an hour, changing the water 2-3 times.
Mix the herring with the marinade. Set aside for at least 24 hours. Enjoy!
