Russian potato cutlets

 

馃洅 Ingredients:

Potatoes 1 kg
Semi-fat cottage cheese 250g
Small onion
Tablespoon of breadcrumbs
Handful of parsley
Salt
Pepper
Egg
+ breading: egg + breadcrumbs

馃敧 Preparation:

Boil the potatoes until soft in salted water. Once cooled, transfer to a bowl, add the egg, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, fried onion, breadcrumbs and mash everything with a masher, add chopped parsley and mix everything with a spoon.

Divide into 8 or 10 equal parts.

When ready, coat in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side. Serve with your favorite additions, I use mushroom sauce and sauerkraut. Enjoy!
