Ingredients:
Pasta 250 g
Chicken fillet 400 g
Mushrooms 300 g
Medium onion
Dried tomatoes 4-5 pieces
Cream 30% fat 100 ml
Water from cooking pasta 1/3 cup
Parsley a handful
Salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
Flat tablespoon of flour
Oil for frying

🔪 Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and season with salt, pepper, sweet paprika, finally add a flat spoon of flour and mix.

Fry the chicken in hot oil, then remove it from the pan.

In the same pan fry the onion cut into cubes, and when it starts to brown add the sliced mushrooms and fry everything until the water from the mushrooms evaporates.

Season with salt and pepper, add dried tomatoes, previously fried chicken fillet, pour in the cream, and the water from cooking the pasta and mix everything.

Finally add the chopped parsley and cooked pasta. Mix everything and it's ready. Enjoy!
