馃敧 Preparation:
I lined a 30x20 cm baking tray with baking paper, then arranged the biscuits. (The biscuits can also be soaked in milk or water with lemon)
Blend the strawberries. Dissolve the jelly in 400 ml of boiling water and set aside to cool, then mix with the strawberries.
Whip the well-chilled cream until stiff. Slowly pour the strawberry jelly into the whipped cream and mix until uniform in color. (The jelly cannot be warm, otherwise the cream will curdle).
Spread the cream foam on the biscuits and arrange a layer of biscuits. Chill the cake in the refrigerator, preferably overnight. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving. Enjoy!
