Cake:
3 cups wheat flour
330 g thick natural yogurt
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
300 g strawberries
Crumble:
100 g cake flour
50 g cold butter
50 g powdered sugar
馃敧 Preparation:
First, prepare the crumble. Put all the ingredients into a bowl: cold butter, sugar and flour. Rub everything together with your fingers until crumbles are formed. Then chill in the fridge.
All the ingredients for the cake should be at room temperature.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and mix with a whisk. Add the yogurt, oil and mix everything together briefly. Then sift in the flour and baking powder in batches. Mix everything together with a spoon or whisk as briefly as possible. The mass does not have to be uniform, it is important that no dry flour is visible.
Transfer the dough to a baking tray lined with baking paper (32x22 cm). Arrange the strawberry halves on top. Finally, sprinkle with the crumble.
Place the cake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Enjoy!
