100g rice
2 chicken fillets (approx. 500g)
350g Napa cabbage
Pickled cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper
Small bunch of dill
Small bunch of chives
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons 12% sour cream
2 teaspoons mustard
2 cloves of garlic
Salt
Pepper
馃敧 Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and season with your favorite spices and fry in a small amount of oil. (I used salt, pepper, sweet paprika, oregano, garlic).
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Finely chop the cabbage, cucumber, pepper and chives and put everything in a bowl.
In a bowl, mix the chopped dill with mayonnaise, mustard, sour cream, salt and pepper. and combine with the salad. Sprinkle with chives. Enjoy!
