Pasta with bacon and asparagus

 

馃洅 Ingredients:

Pasta 250 g
Green asparagus bunch 500 g
120 g smoked raw bacon
30 % cream 150 ml
1/2 cup pasta cooking water
Salt
Pepper

馃敧 Preparation:

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package

Chop the bacon into small cubes and lightly fry in a dry pan.

Wash the asparagus, remove the hard ends, cut into smaller pieces (I put the heads aside) and add to the bacon.

Fry everything for about 5 minutes, add pressed garlic, salt, pepper, cream and the water from cooking the pasta and asparagus heads. Cook for about 3 more minutes.

Finally, mix with the cooked pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and it's ready. Enjoy!
