Rice-shaped orzo pasta (1 cup - before cooking)
Chicken fillet 2 approx. 500 g
Broccoli 500 g
Medium-sized red pepper
Red onion (optional)
One can of corn
A bunch of dill
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons of natural yogurt or sour cream
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon of gyro seasoning or favorite chicken seasonings
Oil for frying
🔪 Preparation:
Divide the broccoli into florets, cook in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. After this time, transfer to a colander and cover with cold water. (This will help the broccoli retain its beautiful green color).
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Dice the chicken fillet and season. Fry in a small amount of oil.
Dice the onion and pepper. Chop the dill. Drain the corn.
Pour all the ingredients into a bowl: broccoli, fried chicken fillet, cooked pasta, corn, onion, pepper, dill.
Add mayonnaise and sour cream or yogurt, season with salt and pepper.
Mix everything together.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy!
