馃崜 Yogurt foam with jelly and strawberries 馃崜

 

馃洅 Ingredients:



Thick natural yogurt 660 g
Mascarpone 250 g
Crystal jelly 2
Strawberry jelly 2
Long biscuits 200 g
Powdered sugar 2 tablespoons
Fresh or frozen strawberries 450 g

馃敧 Preparation:

Dissolve the crystal jelly in 400 ml and the strawberry jelly in 700 ml of boiling water.

Mix the natural yogurt with the mascarpone cheese and icing sugar. When the ingredients are combined, pour in the cooled but liquid crystal jelly.

Line a 26x26 cm baking tray with baking paper and the biscuits. Soak the biscuits in water with added lemon juice or milk.

Pour out a small amount of the yogurt mass and chill in the fridge for a few minutes. This will prevent the biscuits from rising to the top of the cake.

Pour out the remaining yogurt mass and chill in the fridge.

Combine the cooled but liquid strawberry jelly with the strawberries. When it starts to set, pour it onto the sweetened yogurt foam. Chill in the fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
