🔪 Preparation:
Hard boil the eggs.
Throw the cleaned mushrooms into boiling salted water and simmer covered for 10 minutes. My mushrooms were medium-sized, cut large mushrooms in half.
After this time, strain and leave in a colander to cool. When cold, drain excess water.
Dice mushrooms, eggs, onion, cucumbers, add corn, parsley, salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Mix everything together. Enjoy! I invite you to watch the video of the preparations and to subscribe to my channel:

Additionally: about 4 tablespoons of jam or fruit spread
🔪 Preparation:
Poppy seed mass:
Heat the milk, when it is hot add the poppy seeds and mix, add the honey, flavoring and butter. Heat on low heat.
When the butter melts, add the dried fruit and mix. When the mixture cools, add the eggs and flour. Mix everything together with a spoon.
Cake:
Place flour, cold butter cut into smaller pieces, sugar, egg yolks, and baking powder in a bowl. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Divide into two parts, 1/3 and 2/3. Put the smaller piece in a bag and then in the freezer.
Egg white foam:
Line a baking sheet with baking paper, then line the bottom with a larger piece of dough. Prick with a fork. Spread with jam and set aside.
In the meantime, beat the egg whites with a mixer. When they start to foam, add the sugar in batches and mix briefly after each addition.
Pour the pudding into the beaten egg whites and mix briefly until all ingredients are combined.
On the raw cake base spread with jam we spread the poppy seed mass. Then we add the beaten egg whites.
On top, grate a piece of dough from the freezer on a coarse grater.
Bake the cake for about 60 minutes at 170 degrees. When ready, let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
