Baked dish with ground meat

 

馃洅 Ingredients:

1. French baguette 1
2. Minced meat 400 g
3. Onion 1
4. Mushrooms 150 g
5. Red pepper 1/2
6. Tomato concentrate 2 teaspoons
7. Salt
8. Pepper
9. Sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
10. Grated mozzarella cheese 175 g
11. Kielecki mayonnaise
12. Kielecki ketchup


馃敧 Preparation:

Fry the onion cut into cubes in heated oil. When the onion

begins to brown, add the sliced ​​mushrooms and fry everything until the water from the mushrooms

evaporates.

Add the minced meat, season everything with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.

Fry everything. About 3 minutes before the end of frying, add the

diced pepper. Finally, add the tomato paste, mix and

remove from the heat.

Add 75 g of cheese to the filling and mix.

Cut the baguette in half, lightly knead or hollow out the middle and add the prepared

filling. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 200 degrees for about 10-

15 minutes or until the cheese is nicely baked.

When ready, pour ketchup and Kielecki Mayonnaise over it. Sprinkle the top with additional

fresh basil. Enjoy!
