Ingredients: (250 ml cup) (22x33 cm form)
Dough:
3 cups of wheat flour
4 eggs
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup of 12% cream
1 cup of sugar
2 full teaspoons of baking powder
400 g plums
Crumble:
100 g flour
50 g butter
50 g sugar
馃敧 Preparation:
Put all the ingredients for the dough into a bowl: flour, sugar, cream, oil, eggs and baking powder. Mix everything with a fork until the ingredients are combined.
Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place plum halves on the dough, then add the crumble.
Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake top to bottom without convection for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. When ready, decorate or glaze. Enjoy!
(The dough stays fresh for a few days)
