2 full tablespoons of Pesto
150 g slices of Mozzarella
Raspberry tomato
6-8 slices of Salami
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
馃敧 Preparation:
Cut the Parisian baguette in half, spread with pesto, I used basil pesto.
Alternately arrange slices of mozzarella, salami and tomato. Sprinkle everything with salt, pepper and oregano.
Bake in a fat-free fryer for 5-7 minutes at 180 degrees or in the oven for 8-10 minutes at 200 degrees or until nicely browned.
