馃洅 Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(250 ml cup, ingredients for 12 pieces)
Starter:
Yeast 40 g
Tablespoon of sugar
Tablespoon of flour
Warm milk 1/4 cup
Dough:
500 g wheat flour
Butter 70 g
4 tablespoons of sugar
Warm milk 1/2 cup
2 eggs + 1 for brushing buns before baking
Pinch of salt
Filling:
Blueberries 400-500 g (other fruits, jam, chocolate, custard, cottage cheese can be added)
Crumble:
Butter 25 g
Sugar 25 g
Flour 50 g
馃敧 Preparation:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl, add the sugar, flour and milk. Mix everything together, cover with a cloth and leave to rise in a warm place.
Transfer the ingredients for the crumble to a bowl, knead until crumbly and chill in the fridge.
Prepare the dough. Pour the flour, sugar, salt into a bowl, add the eggs, the risen starter and start kneading the dough. After a while, add the remaining milk and melted butter. Knead the elastic dough by hand or using a food processor. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave to rise until doubled in volume.
Transfer the dough to a counter sprinkled with a little flour. Divide the dough into 12 parts. Flatten slightly and add blueberries or other filling. Glue and shape into rolls. Place on a large baking tray lined with baking paper, seam side down. Leave covered to rise for approx. 15 minutes.
After this time, brush the buns with beaten egg and sprinkle with the prepared crumble.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Enjoy!
