Ingredients:
(250 ml cup, 25x10 cm loaf pan)
Flour 1 cup
Vanilla pudding 40g
Natural yogurt 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2 cup
Eggs 3
Sugar 1/2 cup
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of one lemon
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Icing or powdered sugar for dusting.
🔪 Preparation:
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Beat eggs with sugar until white and fluffy for a few minutes. Reduce mixer speed and pour in oil and natural yogurt. Add lemon zest and juice.
Finally, add sifted flour with pudding and baking powder. Mix briefly at the lowest mixer speed.
Pour the dough into a baking tin lined with baking paper. Place in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Glaze or sprinkle the finished cake with icing. Enjoy!
