RECIPE:
1. Ground meat 0.5 kg
2. Chinese cabbage 0.4 kg
3. Rice 100 g
4. Semolina 3 tablespoons
5. Egg
6. Onion
7. Garlic clove
8. Marjoram teaspoon
9. Salt
10. Pepper
11. Sweet paprika teaspoon
12. Tomato passata 700 ml
13. Broth or water a cup
14. Parsley or dill
🔪 Preparation:
Boil the rice until semi-soft. Finely chop the cabbage. Dice the onion and fry in a pan.
Add the rice, minced meat, onion, garlic, semolina, egg and spices salt, pepper, marjoram to a bowl with cabbage. Mix the ingredients. Form the cabbage rolls into larger cutlets. (I made 12 of mine). Fry in oil on both sides for a few minutes.
Pour half the passata, a glass of water or broth into a pot or ovenproof dish, add a teaspoon of sweet paprika and salt, pepper and mix. Arrange the cabbage rolls and pour the remaining passata over them.
Put everything in an oven preheated to 180 degrees (top and bottom heating element) or simmer for about 45 minutes. I did it in a multifunction device, setting the pressure cooking setting for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the finished cabbage rolls with chopped parsley or dill. Enjoy!
