馃洅 Ingredients:
Flour 600 g + 1 tablespoon for the starter
Milk 1 and 1/3 cups
Sugar 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon for the starter
Yeast 45 g
Butter 120 g
Eggs 2
Egg yolks 2
Plums 500 g
Crumble topping: Flour 100g + butter 50 g + sugar 50g
馃敧 Preparation:
Crumble the yeast into a bowl, add a spoonful of flour, a spoonful of sugar and 1/3 cup of lukewarm milk. Mix and leave to rise for about 10 minutes.
Pour the flour, milk, sugar, eggs, yolks and the risen starter into the bowl of the food processor. Knead everything together with the food processor and when the ingredients start to combine, add the melted and cooled butter. Knead everything for a few more minutes. The dough will be runny and it should be that way.
Leave to fill for an hour and a half. After that time, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread evenly on the tray. Arrange the plum halves and the crumble on top.
Leave the dough to rise while the oven preheats.
