Butter cookies 300 g
Cocoa cookies 300 g
Milk 1l
Sugar-free cream custard 3x40 g
Butter 200g
Sugar 4 tbsp
Kajmak mass can
Roasted salted peanuts 70 g
Dark chocolate 50 g
馃敧 Preparation:
Mix the puddings in 250 ml of milk. Boil 750 ml of milk with sugar in a pot. Reduce the heat, add the mixed pudding and, stirring constantly, cook for a few minutes until the pudding thickens. Set aside to cool, covering with cling film to prevent a skin from forming.
Mix the butter at room temperature and add the cooled pudding one spoon at a time, stirring constantly. Mixing takes a good few minutes until the cream has the right consistency.
Line the baking sheet with baking paper and a layer of butter biscuits.
Spread half of the pudding mass, arrange cocoa biscuits and half of the caramel. Arrange another layer of cocoa biscuits and the remaining custard cream. The last layer of butter biscuits and the remaining caramel.
Sprinkle the top with nuts and pour melted chocolate over it. Cool in the fridge, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
