Pasta with mushrooms and chicken

Chanterelles 400 g
Chicken fillet 300 g
Pasta 400 g
Cream 30% fat 200 ml
Pasta cooking water 1/2 cup
Medium onion
Handful of parsley
Parmesan cheese 2-3 tablespoons
Salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
1 tablespoon of flour

馃敧 Preparation:

Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, sweet paprika and a spoonful of flour. Mix and fry briefly in hot oil.

Remove from heat and fry the chopped and diced onion in the same pan, when it starts to brown add the cleaned chanterelles. Cut the larger ones into smaller pieces. Salt everything

and fry for 5 minutes.

After this time, pour in the cream, half a glass of water from cooking the pasta and keep everything on the heat for another 3 minutes. Finally, add freshly ground pepper, chopped parsley and parmesan. Combine with the cooked pasta. Enjoy!

*To clean the chanterelles, I put them in a bowl, sprinkle with salt, pour in very warm water and mix. The sand will fall to the bottom. Repeat the operation 3 times.
