Ingredients:
Macaroni 300 g
Sausage 400 g
Mushrooms 250 g
Grated cheese 200 g
Onion
Passata 1 cup
Salt
Pepper
Sweet paprika
Tablespoon of butter
Oil for frying
Tablespoon of parsley
🔪 Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Fry the sliced mushrooms in butter until the water evaporates, season with salt and pepper at the end.
Fry the sausage cut into half-slices in heated oil.
When the sausage starts to brown, add the sliced onion and pepper and fry everything for about 5 more minutes. Add the previously prepared mushrooms, pour in the passata, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika.
Remove from the heat and combine with the cooked pasta and half of the old cheese.
Transfer to an oven-proof dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 180 degrees top and bottom without convection for about 20 minutes or until nicely browned. Enjoy!
