Ingredients:
5 Tortillas
2 Chicken fillets
Romaine lettuce head
15 Cherry tomatoes
100g Grated cheese
Red onion
1 tablespoon oil
favorite sauces - for me, garlic and tabasco
🔪 Preparation:
Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, season with gyros spice, add a spoonful of oil and mix. I baked the meat in a fat-free fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. If you don't have a fryer, you can bake the meat in the oven, extending the baking time, or fry it in a pan.
Spread your favorite sauce on the tortillas, I used garlic sauce, put the baked chicken, sliced onion, tomatoes and shredded lettuce, sprinkle with grated cheese. Finally, I added some more sauce, I used sweet Tabasco.
Roll the tortillas tightly and bake in a fat-free fryer for 6 minutes at 200 degrees. Alternatively, you can use the oven, extending the baking time. Enjoy!
