Dissolve two crystal jellies in 750 ml of boiling water, mix and leave to cool completely. Dissolve two strawberry jellies in 250 ml of boiling water, mix thoroughly and leave to cool completely. Place the biscuits tightly on the bottom of a baking tin lined with paper. You can soak them in milk or water with lemon. Whip the chilled 30% cream until stiff. Add the cheese from the bucket to the whipped cream. Mix for a while at low speed, then add the cooled but not thickening strawberry jelly. Pour the ready cheese mass over the biscuits and spread thoroughly all over. Put the cake in the fridge until it sets slightly. Cut the strawberries into smaller pieces. When the cheese mass is no longer liquid, put the prepared fruit on top and then the already thickening crystal jelly. Put the cake in the fridge again for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy :)
