馃洅 Ingredients:
Mini romaine lettuce 2
150g light part of leek
1 can of corn
Red bell pepper
2 chicken fillets
Gyros seasoning
sauce:
300ml Greek or thick natural yogurt
250g fresh greenhouse cucumber
Small bunch of dill
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
馃敧 Preparation:
Grate the cucumber with the skin on a grater and leave for a few minutes, then squeeze out the excess water well.
Combine the cucumber with the yogurt, chopped dill, garlic pressed through a press, olive oil, lemon zest, salt and pepper. If you don't like a yogurt-based sauce, you can add a spoonful or two of mayonnaise.
Cut the chicken fillet, season and fry.
Layer the salad or mix all the ingredients together.
Layer the romaine lettuce, chicken, half the sauce, corn, pepper, leek and the remaining sauce. Sprinkle with dill and you're done. Enjoy!
