Pita:
2.5 cups of wheat flour
220 ml lukewarm water
2 tablespoons of oil
15g yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
Garlic sauce:
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
50 ml ayran
2 cloves of garlic
Small bunch of dill
Salt
Pepper
Filling:
1 romaine lettuce
1/2 bell pepper
1 small red onion
800g boneless chicken thigh meat
Gyros seasoning

馃敧 Preparation:
In a bowl, mix lukewarm water with yeast, sugar, and salt. Sift the flour into a mixer bowl, add the yeast mixture, and knead the dough until smooth.
Allow the dough to rise until it doubles in size.
Divide it into 6 or 8 smaller portions and roll them into circles (about 5 mm thick). Allow them to rise again for about 15 minutes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 6-8 minutes.
Transfer the sauce ingredients to a bowl and mix. I used ayran from @7gun.pl for the sauce, which you can find in Netto stores.
Dice and season the chicken, then fry it in a pan.
Slice the baked bread, spread with sauce, add vegetables, chicken, and finish with more sauce on top. Enjoy!
