馃洅 Ingredients:
1. Parisian baguette
2. Mozzarella cheese slices or grated, approx. 200 g
3. 1 medium chicken fillet
4. 1/3 small red pepper
5. 1 small red onion
6. 3-4 leaves of romaine lettuce
7. 5 cocktail tomatoes
8. Chives
9. 1 teaspoon Kielecka delicate mustard
10. Mild Kielecky ketchup
馃敧 Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, sprinkle with spices, salt, pepper, sweet paprika
and delicate Kielecki Mustard and fry briefly in a small amount of oil.
Cut the pepper and onion into smaller pieces.
Cut the baguette in half lengthwise, arrange the cheese, then the pepper, onion, fried fillet and
a little grated cheese on top.
Put the casseroles in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about 8
minutes, until the cheese melts.
When ready, sprinkle with chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes and chives. Season the vegetables
with salt and pepper. Pour over the Kielecki Ketchup and it's ready. Enjoy!
