Fish fillets 1 kg
Carrots 6 large
Medium celery
Parsley root medium
Leek white part I used 180 g
Onion 2
Broth 1 cup - 1 and 1/2 cup
Allspice 3
Bay leaf 2
Pepper 5 balls
Tomato paste jar 200 g
Gourmet mustard spoon
Salt
Pepper

馃敧 Preparation:
Cut the fish into smaller pieces, season both sides with salt and pepper. Coat the fish in flour and fry in hot oil until golden brown on each side.
Cut the leek into half-moons. Grate the carrots, celery and parsley on a grater with large holes.
In a large pot, fry the diced onion. When it starts to brown, add the leek and grated vegetables. Add the bay leaf, allspice and pepper. Pour in the broth and simmer with the lid ajar until the vegetables are soft.
When the vegetables are soft, add the concentrate, season with salt and pepper. Set aside to cool.
Add a spoonful of mustard to the cooled vegetables and mix.
Prepared vegetables are layered with fish, preferably in a glass dish. Set aside for the flavors to meld. It tastes best the next day. Enjoy!
